The Overview tab provides access to both AWS Reports and VMware Reports, grouped into Summary Reports and Detailed Reports. Reports can be run On-Demand or set up as Scheduled Reports for automated delivery.

AWS Reports Descriptions

Summary Reports (PDF)

1. Ransomware Readiness

   • Purpose: Executive summary of your business’s ransomware readiness posture and risk of data loss.

   • Use Case: Ideal for executive reviews and compliance reporting.

2. Account Summary

   • Purpose: Summary of scanned assets by AWS account.

   • Use Case: High-level asset coverage review across accounts.

3. Operational Summary

   • Purpose: Overview of scanning outcomes, active threats, and protected data during the reporting period.

   • Use Case: Rapid posture and effectiveness assessment for security teams.

Detailed Reports (CSV)

4. All Scans

   • Purpose: Detailed list of all scans to monitor Elastio’s protection activity.

   • Use Case: Operational monitoring and trend analysis.

5. Failed Scans

   • Purpose: Detailed list of scans that failed, with context for troubleshooting.

   • Use Case: Root cause analysis and remediation tracking.

6. Infected Files

   • Purpose: Comprehensive list of compromised files detected.

   • Use Case: Targeted remediation of file-level threats.

7. Assets Scanned

   • Purpose: Detailed breakdown of assets scanned during the reporting period.

   • Use Case: Tracking coverage to ensure all required assets are included.
