Set Up Alerts in Slack and Email

Access the Alerts Settings:
- Navigate to the Settings page via the top menu.
- Select the Alerts tab.

Choose Delivery Method:
- Under Critical Alerts, select your preferred delivery method:
- Send to Email: Notifications will be sent to specified email addresses.

Send to Slack: Notifications will be delivered to your Slack workspace.
- Under Critical Alerts, select your preferred delivery method:

Connect Elastio to Slack:
- Click the "Connect to Slack workspace" button.
- In the new tab, grant the Elastio Slack application the necessary permissions, such as performing actions in channels and conversations.
- Select a channel or direct message where you'd like to receive notifications.
- Click "Allow" to finalize the connection.

Configure Notification Levels:
- Return to the Alerts tab in Elastio Tenant.
- Select the severity levels (e.g., Warning, Error) for which you want to receive notifications in Slack.

Set Up Email Notifications (Optional):
- In the Alerts tab, you can also enable email notifications for Warning and Error levels.
- Enter the email addresses to receive alerts, separated by commas.
By completing these steps, you'll receive Elastio notifications directly in your Slack workspace and/or via email, keeping you informed about important job results.
